TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATION

When planning your event at The Factory Venue, please contact us at TheFactory@lazydays.com.hk with information regarding your event needs, and we will provide you a quotation accordingly.

 

To reserve your date and time slot, we will require a 30 percent deposit based on the quotation. The balance of the payment in addition to a $1,000 incidentals deposit (to be returned at the end of your event minus any damages or time overage) will be due one week prior to your event. 

 

CANCELLATION

In an event of cancellation agreed by both parties, the venue rental portion of the 30 percent deposit is refundable with two weeks’ notice. If you would like to postpone your event and have already placed a deposit, you may do so up to one week prior to your event, and the new date should be within three months’ of your previous date. 

 

If the Typhoon Signal 8 or higher is hoisted or an official Black Rainstorm Warning has been issued two hours before the event, the event will be postponed to a future date in agreement with the booking party. In such cases, the deposit will be held.

 

 

EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES

The projector, sound system and AC units can only be operated by Factory staff. Our sound system is enabled with Spotify, but you will need to sign in with your own account. You may also directly plug your audio device or laptop into our sound system. 

 

No glitter or confetti is allowed. No tape is allowed on the walls.

 

INSURANCE AND SAFETY

Please note that rental of The Factory Venue and its facilities are at your own risk. The Factory is not responsible for damages, theft or injury within the premises. 

 

For events with attendance of 90 people or above, we recommend purchasing liability insurance. We can provide a suggested insurance carrier should you not be able to provide one for yourself.

 

For the safety of youngsters, running is strictly prohibited, and no jumping is allowed on the sofas. 

 

While we can provide locked storage for your personal items, please note that you are responsible for any property brought to The Factory Venue. Unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties, any items left at The Factory Venue after two weeks will be disposed of. Also, illegal substances are strictly prohibited. 

 

PRIVACY

Please note that our premises are recorded for security purposes. 

 

Occasionally, we will take photos of events to feature on our website or social media posts. Please let us know if you do not wish to be featured.

The Factory Venue and Lazydays reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time. The organiser is responsible to checking the latest terms and conditions as posted on our website.
